Managing Partner
Ros Parkin qualified in 1986 and worked as a litigation and contract law solicitor at the City firms Masons and McKenna & Co, including a period in Hong Kong. She then joined Hempsons as a staff solicitor before joining Lockharts as a Partner in 1995.
Ros lectures extensively on partnership law and related issues and since 1995 has been responsible for the firm's partnership contract work and advising in respect of various disputes.
Ros' publications include:-
- Second Lead Contributor to Halsbury's Laws of England 4th Edition Reissue Volume 33 (National Health Service)
- Contributor to A Guide to Law in General Practice, 2002
Ros writes regularly for publications on partnership issues and is a member of the Association of Partnership Practitioners.
Ros is also a CEDR Accredited Mediator and is available to assist in the resolution of healthcare disputes.
