Paul Werrell qualified in 1994 and before joining Lockharts worked for commercial firms in Central London and the Thames Valley.
Paul joined Lockharts in May 2004 and specialises in dispute resolution, employment law and partnership law. He has a wide range of experience in commercial, civil and partnership disputes.
- Advises on employment issues such as termination of employment, unfair dismissal, redundancy, disciplinary & grievance procedures, discrimination, transfers of undertakings, health & safety
- Drafts employment documentation such as employment contracts, compromise agreements, staff policies & procedures
- Advises on partnership disputes and dissolutions, including disputes involving partnership premises and other assets
- Acts for clients involved in disputes in the County Court, High Court, Employment Tribunals and Employment Appeals Tribunal
