Solicitor
Puja studied Law at Southampton University and completed the Legal Practice Course with Commendation at the College of Law in June 2006. She joined Lockharts in September 2006.
Puja is a solicitor in the commercial team at Lockharts working primarily in the dental team advising dentists and dental care professionals on the commercial aspects of dentistry including the sale and purchase of dental practices, the incorporation of dental bodies corporate and the set up of partnership and expense sharing arrangements.
Puja also specialises in the set up and drafting of medical and dental partnership deeds.
She also advises on commercial property transactions, joint ventures and commercial contracts.
