Varsha Pattni qualified in 1987 and prior to joining Lockharts, she was with Cameron McKenna’s and moving then to Lloyds TSB to work with their Secured Lending Team.
Varsha joined Lockharts in 1997 and leads the Property Team. She has extensive experience in negotiating commercial leases favourable for GP’s and new agreements.

- Advice on all property issues connected with health provision
- Liaising with District Valuers most of whom she knows personally
- Advising GP’s on exit strategies from their leases on retirement
