Stephen Carter qualified in 1986 and before joining Lockharts worked for commercial firms in London and Hong Kong.
Stephen joined Lockharts in 2005 and specialises in commercial property transactions. He is experienced in dealing with property sales and acquisitions, surgery development & finance and commercial leases.
