Our blended cost rate for certain types of dental practice work, which is presently fixed for the period up to 30th June 2009, is £265 plus VAT per hour. This covers the necessary time of partner and solicitor input. We are however pleased to offer members of Practice Plan a discount of just over 10% for certain types of work giving a rate of £235 plus VAT per hour.
The types of work covered by this include:
- Partnership, expense sharing and associateship agreements
- Practice purchases and sales (including sale of goodwill)
- Disputes with PCTs
- Employment issues.
At the time of instruction we will need to be provided with your unique legal services ID number which will be issued to you by Practice Plan.
Areas not covered by this rate are:
- Premises work
- Partnership disputes
- Administrative court litigation.
These will be quoted on an individual basis.
