Mark graduated from City University with an LLB (Hons) in Law and completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in London in 2003. He was admitted as solicitor in June 2007.
Prior to joining Lockharts, Mark worked in an established private client firm in Central London and was also exercising his legal expertise as a trustee for a charity assisting asthma sufferers.
Mark joined Lockharts in May 2005, and advises generally on NHS Regulatory law and NHS contracts. In addition Mark also advises on commercial contracts, setting up of corporate entities, including companies and LLPs, and particularly in the context of practice based commissioning. He also advises on referring disputes to the Litigation Authority and on judicial review.
Mark currently leads Lockharts' dental team and in addition to the above, advises on the sale and purchase of dental practices.
Mark is a regular visitor to his local gym, enjoys playing badminton and is a keen supporter of Gillingham Football Club. He is also an experienced campanologist.
